WEDDING CAKE FLAVOURS
Whilst traditional wedding cake flavours such as fruit cake and Victoria sponge remain firm favourites, there are now many more options to choose from. My menu offers an array of carefully balanced flavour combinations, allowing you to select something that truly reflects your tastes. If you’re ordering a tiered cake, you might even choose a different flavour for each tier.
Each tier contains four layers of delicious sponge, filled with my light and airy Swiss meringue buttercream and complementary conserves. For fondant iced cakes, a layer of white chocolate ganache sits beneath the icing to provide stability and create that smooth, crisp finish.
